The object of the sale are the movable property belonging to the bankruptcy mass of the company Firma .Gotowski .Construction of Communication and Industry, a limited liability company in bankruptcy, at a price not lower than the net value of the estimate plus VAT. 2. Movements are machinery, equipment, general-purpose apparatus, means of transport, office equipment, computer units, other movables and storage supplies. Movements are included in the inventory of bankruptcy assets under heading 1.1 3. The condition for participation in free-of-hand sales is to submit an unconditional offer for the purchase of the item of sale with an indication of the price offered, but not less than the price of the estimate of net movable property. The offerer may submit an offer for the purchase of one, two or several movable property. Where an offer is submitted for the purchase of more than one movable property, the offer shall indicate the price separately for each movable property. In the first place, offers will be preferred for the purchase of all movables or whole packages of movables (machines, equipment, general-use apparatus, means of transport, office equipment, computer units, other movables and storage supplies). 4.
