The object of the tender contest is a share of 1⁄2 in the property right of the house- dwelling marked with the number 2A located in a multi-family residential building at ul. Pietraszewicz's "Lota" 1" in Warsaw, for which the District Court for Warsaw-Mokotów in Warsaw The 13th Department of the Book of Perpetuals maintains an eternal book with the issue of WA2M/00295196/5 in conjunction with the ownership of the premises shares 83/1000 in the common part, which forms the ground and parts of the building and equipment which are not used exclusively for the use of the owners of premises. The price is 50% of the value of the estimate, i.e. 147.500,00 PLN (one hundred forty-seven thousand five hundred PLN 00/100). The offer that entered the syndicate after the deadline will not be considered.
