The bankruptcy mass syndicate in the bankruptcy proceedings of Mark Dzioban, a natural person not engaged in business, announces the sale from a free hand of the bankruptcy mass of the share 51/100 (fifty-one-hundredths) in the ownership of the Schmitz SCS truck semi-trailer, production year 2003, no. WWL RH35 at a price not less than PLN 9 180,00 (nine thousand one hundred eighty PLN 00/100) gross. Tenders must be submitted in the form of a scan to the e-mail address: offer@blaszczuk.pl by 22 September 2023 (inclusive). If it is not possible to send a scan of the signed offer, it is acceptable to send the offer in the content of the email. Terms of sale, including formal requirements of the offer, including the need to deposit the security are available upon prior request to the e-mail address: j.jedrych@blaszczuk.pl. The sale will be made to the buyer after payment of the entire price by transfer to the bank account of Mark Dzioban's bankruptcy. All costs of concluding the contract shall be borne by the buyer. Sales made in insolvency proceedings shall have the effect of enforcing the sale. This notice constitutes commercial information, i.e. it does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. The Syndicate shall be entitled to revoke or annul the proceedings at any stage without giving cause.
