The bankruptcy syndicate of Jerzy Krysiak, a natural person not engaged in business activity, announces the sale of claims to Peter Konaszuk with a nominal value of PLN 836,80 at a price of not less than PLN 50,00. Tenders must be submitted in the form of a scan to the e-mail address: offer@blaszczuk.pl by 25 September 2023 (inclusive). Terms of sale, including the formal requirements of the offer and information on the subject of the sale, its valuation, are available after prior notification of the request to the e-mail address: j.jedrych@blaszczuk.pl or by telephone (22) 299 22 54. All costs of concluding the contract shall be borne by the purchaser. This notice constitutes commercial information, i.e. it does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code.
