If two or more of the same tenders meet the conditions of these Rules, i.e. the two same prices , the highest syndicate shall invite tenderers to submit further tenders by setting a time limit of not more than 14 days until the date on which the most advantageous tender is selected . In the absence of the highest bid, the syndicate will cancel the proceedings and issue another notice of sale. 9 The successful tenderer shall pay the purchase price less the amount of the security paid at the latest on the date of conclusion of the transfer agreement.
