The Bankruptcy Tribunal of a non-business natural person will sell free-of-hand the amount of bankruptcy in bankruptcy proceedings under the name of Act GD1G/GUp-s/37/2022 at the highest proposed price, however, do NOT lower than 100,00 zł (say: 100 zł 00/100) This amount is the amount owed to the bankrupt under the loan agreement concluded on 12 September 2016 with Mr. Mark Gąsiorek in the amount of PLN 90.00.00. The repayment date of the loan agreement was set at 30.11.2016. According to the knowledge of the Syndicus obtained from the debtor in the case, there was no judicial or enforcement proceedings. The Syndicate shall have copies of the documents in the form of: a loan agreement together with a bill in blanco and a note declaration and a declaration of the loan agreement. The tender shall be accompanied by a statement from the tenderer that it is known, legal and factual, does not raise any objections, agrees to cover any fees, taxes and costs related to the conclusion of the purchase and sale contract. The buyer will be obliged to pay the price prior to the conclusion of the sale contract. The right of cancellation and cancellation of the competition shall be reserved without giving reasons.
