The Bankruptcy Syndicate invites you to submit offers for the purchase of a set of claims with a nominal value of PLN 2 103 246.56 forming part of the mass of the bankruptcy of Bioen sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy. The set of charges shall consist of: 1. claim on the company in bankruptcy, which consists of: A debt of PLN 16 704,84 recognised on the list of claims, approved by the Order of the District Court of Gdansk North of 25.01.2023. A claim of PLN 1 787 349,59 for a loan which has been notified but not recognised in the list of claims in the above proceedings. 2. duty of PLN 304 881,70 on a natural person not engaged in business operations in bankruptcy, claim declared in bankruptcy proceedings of act GD1G/ GUP-s/ 905/ 2023. The starting price is PLN 6,389,79. Terms of sale: (a) The offer must include the tenderer's designation (name, address, contact telephone), the indication of the package of charges to which the tender relates and the price, (b) If two or more tenders are received, the syndicate may auction (in electronic or telephone form) between the highest bidder, (c) All costs, taxes and charges relating to the conclusion of the contract shall be borne entirely by the purchaser, (d) The buyer is obliged to pay the full price prior to the conclusion of the contract, (e) The Syndicate reserves the right to cancel or cancel the tender without giving a reason at any stage, even after the selection of the tender, (f) Pursuant to Article 313 (1). 1 Bankruptcy law sales made in insolvency proceedings have the effect of enforcing the sale.
