The object of the competition is the sale of 1/8 shares in the property rights of the built-in land property located in the village of Mszyniec Stary. For real estate there is a permanent book no OS1O/00034823/3 by the District Court in Ostrołęka. The property has an area of 0,15 ha, and is marked with the registration number 896/2, within no. 12, in the municipality of Myszyniec. On the property there is a single-family residential building, one-floor building, 86 m2 housing area and non-residential building. The starting price represents 90% of the market value established by the asset valuer in the estimated operation and is equal to PLN 13 725,00 (in words: thirteen thousand seven hundred twenty-five zlotys. The estimated operation shall be inspected at the syndicate's office and in the Annex and may be made available electronically. Tenders must be submitted by 21 May 2024 at the address of the syndicate Marcin Kopacz: ul. Przysnyska 6A, 01-756 Warszawa. Offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
