Strong 5/10, 25-515 Kielce sell free of charge by means of an offer contest: The right of use of perpetual land-based property covering plot No 271/77 in participation up to 766/1000, for which the District Court in Żagan maintains the perpetual book ZG1G/00041749/9 for the highest price offered but not less than 100,00 PLN The conditions for joining the competition shall be the submission of a written offer together with the required documents and the payment of the security. Interested persons must submit their offers by correspondence by 30.09.2026 to the administrator's office (ul. A strong 5/10, 25-515 Kielce) in a closed envelope, on which the note "TR1T/GUp-s/179/2023" must be inserted, the number of the perpetual book, and the details of the tenderer together with the telephone number. The time limit shall be deemed to be met by the correspondence of the consignment to the address of the syndicate until 30.09.2026. The conditions for joining the competition shall be the payment of the security referred to in the tendering procedure until 30.09.2026 (date of recognition on the bank account of the syndicate). The syndicate shall fix the number of tenders received within 3 days of the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders and shall set a time limit within 7 days from the expiry date of the period for the receipt of tenders. In the event of the submission of at least two of the same highest bids at a price not lower than the call price, the Syndicate shall conduct an oral auction. The syndicate shall manage the oral auction not earlier than 7 days after the opening of the tenders, as shall be communicated by e-mail or by letter to the tenderers indicating the date, place and time of the oral bidding.
