SYNDIC SELLING COMPLETE MEBLI TO SPEAK WITH COSMETICS The bankruptcy syndicate Renata Rękawek, a natural person who is not engaged in business activity, announces the sale of a set of furniture to the cosmetics store free of charge at a total price of not less than PLN 6 000,00 (six thousand zlotys 00/100) gross. The set of furniture includes: (a) a cabinet for centre lacquers with a logo of 1200 mm; (b) a 1000 mm display cabinet; (c) a case of 1000 mm LADA; (d) a cup with a logotype; (e) a cabinet of 1500 mm; (f) a cup with a logo type with cash drawers; (g) a chair. Tenders must be submitted in the form of a scan to the following e-mail address: offer@blaszczuk.pl by 24 February 2023 (inclusive). If it is not possible to send a scan of the signed offer, it is acceptable to send the offer in the content of the email. Terms of sale, including formal requirements of the offer, including the need to deposit the security are available upon prior request to the e-mail address: d.wilczek@blaszczuk.pl. The sale will be made to the buyer after payment of the total price by transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy of Renata Rękawek. All costs of concluding the contract shall be borne by the buyer. Sales made in insolvency proceedings shall have the effect of enforcing the sale. This notice constitutes commercial information, i.e. it does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. The Syndicate shall be entitled to revoke or annul the proceedings at any stage without giving cause.
