The syndicate will sell the claim. The object of the sale is the claim granted to the fallen Jacob Lech by Daniel Kołaczek in the amount of PLN 64 119.54 (say: sixty-four thousand one hundred nineteen zlotys 54/100). This claim is due to the commitment on behalf of and in favour of the bankrupt, in connection with the mandate granted on 14 August 2018 to operate and manage the company under WORK ROOM Jakub Lech NIP: 1182178938, REGON: 380997711, with its registered office at ul. Pablo Neruda, number three. 19, 01-926 Warsaw, where the activity of temporary employment agencies was predominantly economic activity. The Syndicate shall have the recognition of the debtor's debt. The sale of the claims will take place in the form of a competition of offers. The starting price of this claim is PLN 32 059.77 (say: thirty-two thousand fifty-nine zlotys and seventy-seven cents) which represents 50% of the amount of the claim.
