The Bankruptcy Mass Syndicate announces a competition of offers for sale at the free hand of cooperative property right to residential premises No. 10, located in Wrocław at ul. Łęczycka 8, for which it is the premises of the District Court for Wroclaw, Krzyków in Wroc3aw, holds the perpetual book No WR1K/00199383/9. This right is part of the bankruptcy mass of a natural person who does not have a business activity, i.e. KR1S/GUp/116/2024. The estimated market value of the right for non-forced sales, according to the operation prepared by the expert of the court, is PLN 827 000,00 (eight hundred and twenty-seven thousand zlotys). The starting price shall be 100% of the estimate price for non-forced sales. Offers in Polish should be submitted by 01 April 2026r. Official No 20/4, 30-051 Kraków, with the following words: DO NOT OPEN! Competition of offers in the proceedings of the act KR1S/GUp/116/2024 Syndicate Joanna Jutrzeńka Trzebiatowska. The offer should be accompanied by a proof of payment of the security in the amount 82 700,00 zł (eighty two thousand seven hundred zlotys) on the bank account of the bankruptcy estate in Santander Bank with number: 31 1090 1665 0000 0001 6002 4630. The security shall be paid by 31 March 2026 at the latest. If the offer is not accepted, the security shall be refunded. The Syndicate shall open the tenders and select the most favourable offer, close the competition without selecting any of the tenders, or bid pursuant to paragraph 2.8 of the Rules of Procedure. The offer shall include: (a) details of the subject matter of the tender, (b) the tenderer concerned: the company or business name, registered office or address of the tenderer, the signature of the successful tenderer's stamp, the legal status of the bidder, the NIP, the REGON No. and the name stamp of the person acting on behalf of the tenderer, together with the document indicating the authority to act on behalf (in the case of the trader), the PESEL number and the identity card number (in case of a natural person not engaged in business activity), the e-mail and the contact number; (c) current (i.e. not earlier than one month before the closing date for the submission of tenders) discharge from the relevant register/printing with CEiDG in the case of traders, a copy of the identity card (in the case of an identity card it is permissible to identify the identity); (d) a statement of review and acceptance of the Rules of Procedure without reservation, (e) the proposed purchase price (not lower than the call price) expressed in digits and in words; (f) confirmation of the payment of the security [in accordance with point 1 (a) (b)] and the bank account number to which the security paid must be returned in the event of failure to accept the offer; (g) a statement that the tenderer has become aware of the facts and legal status of the property and accepts it without reservation; (h) for foreign entities additionally: the legal consent required for the acquisition of the property, the sworn translation of the content of the offer and the documents attached thereto; (i) in the case of natural persons additionally: the consent of the spouse to submit an offer and purchase the subject of sale, or a declaration that the tenderer is not married or a statement that the successful tenderer remains in a marriage in which the distribution system is in force or a declaration that the subject of the sale is acquired by the tenderer for his personal property by means of his personal assets; (j) in the case of legal persons in addition: the consent of the authorised authority of the legal person to acquire participation under the conditions laid down in the offer, together with an extract from the instrument of incorporation of a legal person indicating the competence of the authority granting consent in this respect.
