The administrator of the bankruptcy of Agnieszka Kazak, who lives in Brwinów (hereinafter "Syndyk") invites you to submit offers in the competition, the object of which is the acquisition of the ownership of the property in the amount of 1⁄2 of the part of the estate located in Brvinów, the district of Pruszkowski, at ul. Mickiewicz 3, for which the District Court in Pruszkow, the 6th Department of the Eternal Books carries a perpetual book with the number WA1P/00049842/6, consisting of a plot with a registration number 78/2 with an area of 1.674 m2, built in a residential, single-family, ground-floor, unsubstituted, freestanding, living attic, with a usable area of 239.6 m2 (hereinafter "Real Estate"). In the event that at least two tenderers have submitted tenders satisfying the requirements of the formal rules of procedure of the tender contest containing a price not lower than the reference price referred to in paragraph 1 (3) of the Rules of Procedure of the contest, the Syndicator shall carry out an auction (or oral auction) between those tenderers.
