Syndicate of the mass of bankruptcy of a natural person not engaged in business activity, established by the Order of the Poznań-Stare Miasto District Court in Poznan, XI Department of Economics for Bankruptcy and Restructuring Affairs of 4 December 2024. whose bankruptcy was declared by the order of the Poznań-Stare Miasto District Court in Poznan of 26 July 2024 (file No. PO1P/GU/645/2024) informs about the sale of movable property belonging to the bankruptcy mass, listed and described in the technical assessment No. POP/4/26 of 12.01.2026, in the procedure of selection of the most advantageous offer. The object of the sale are the movable parts and accessories of the car, remaining after the running shop. The Syndicator reserves the right to sell movable property which is part of the bankruptcy mass only as a whole of the set of movable property covered by this sale proceeding. The possibility to purchase individual items shall be excluded. The sale price of the total set of movable property covered by this Regulation shall not be less than 35 % of the minimum price specified in the technical assessment annexed to this Regulation, i.e. PLN 7.883,28 gross.
