Announcement Syndicate of the bankruptcy mass STAL-MET Spółka z o.o. in liquidation bankruptcy with its registered office in Chełmno announces a written tender for the sale of parts of movable property belonging to the estate of STAL-MET Sp. z o.o. in liquidation insolvency with its seat in Che3mno 1. The subject of the written tender is the movable property belonging to the mass of the bankruptcy of STAL-MET Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in the liquidation bankruptcy with its registered office in Chełmno, at ul. Łunawska 31, hereinafter referred to as "real estate or subject to sale', in such a factual and legal condition as are at the date of the notice of publication of the tender, contained in the inventory of the assets of bankruptcy in fixed assets in point. II.1 (property of technical equipment and machinery) in Table 1 below: 1) press SK 25 (heading 73) mechanical department, estimated: PLN 6 800,00, call price: PLN 680,00; 2) TMC milling machine (heading 109) mechanical department, of value: 23 333,00 zł, call price: 2 33330 zł. The starting price for movable property was set at 10 % of the estimate price. 2. The value of the individual movable property which is the subject of a written tender has been determined in the estimated operation of 31.03.2020 drawn up by the property assessor of the court. 3. The tender shall be tendered free of charge by the syndicate under the conditions laid down in the written invitation to tender rules. 4. Any costs relating to the acquisition, dismantling and removal of movable property from the present place of storage under the terms of the written invitation to tender shall be borne exclusively by the purchaser of the individual movable property. 5. Tenders which will enter the Registry after the expiry of the above deadline will be omitted. 9. The condition for entering into a written tender is to submit a valid written offer with the proposed purchase price of individual movable property and to pay a security of 10% of the call price of the individual movable assets for which the offer is submitted by 4 June 2024 (recognition of the STAL-MET bankruptcy balance) to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate under the name: "STAL-META' Sp. z o.o. liquidation bankruptcy of No 56 1020 5011 0000 9902 0252 6960. 10. The offer shall include: a. the tenderer's name or name, address or registered office, the trader being required to file a copy of the relevant register and, in the event of the act by the agents, the power of attorney, the NIP, REGON or PESEL number; b. the price offered for the purchase of the individual movable property /clearly determined, and not by indicating the grounds for its determination/ / / / not by stating the basis for the tender for the acquisition of several movable property, the price bid for each movable property must be indicated separately; c. the proposed deadline for payment; d. proof of payment of 10% of the call price of the individual movable property to which the offer is submitted; e. a statement of the facts and legal status of the subject-matter of the invitation to tender and of the acceptance without reservation of the written terms of the tendering procedure laid down in the Rules of Procedure; f. an indication of the bank account to which the security is to be returned; g. the tender should be signed by the persons authorised to represent the Tenderer and include appropriate authorisations for the persons conducting the further negotiations. A condition for the validity of the tender shall be the submission by the tenderer of the documents referred to in the Rules of Procedure in originals or notarially certified copies, the copies of the official registers being valid, issued by the relevant institutions not earlier than one month after the submission of the offer. 11. A security lodged by a tenderer whose tender is not refundable in respect of the (part) in which the tender has not been selected within seven days of the examination of the tenders; a security paid by the tenderer whose offer on the individual movable property is selected shall be credited to the purchase price in so far as (part of) the offer has been selected; the security shall be forfeit on in the event of failure to conclude a contract of sale for reasons attributable to the tenderer. 12. The examination of tenders shall be carried out by the syndicate on 6 June 2024.
