Announcement on the sale of LEGISLATION forming part of the bankruptcy mass in bankruptcy proceedings under the name of Act GD1G/GUp/24/2022 free of charge in the form of an offer contest. Bankruptcy syndicate established in bankruptcy proceedings under the name of GD1G/GUp/24/2022 announces a written tender contest for the sale of a free-of-hand bankruptcy component consisting of: a monetary debt of a total amount of PLN 25,250,00 resulting from the judgment of Act II K 1712/22 issued by the District Court in Słupsk on 17 July 2023 and the judgment in Act VI Ka 395/23 delivered by the Regional Court of Słupsk on 8 January 2024 at the highest price offered; THE CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER COMPETITIVE 1. The opening and recognition of tenders will take place at a public meeting on 9 June 2026 at 9 a.m. in the syndicate located in Wejherów ul. Industrial 35A building B. 6. The syndicate will select the buyer with the highest price offered. 7. The Syndicate reserves the right to: a. the withdrawal from the competition of tenders or the cancellation of the contest of tenders in whole or in part, indicating which element is the subject of the competition for tenders, the decision shall apply without giving a reason; b. Failure to choose an offer without giving a reason. 8. The contract of sale will be signed after payment of the entire price by transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass.
