Syndicate of the bankruptcy of MLabs sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (KRS 0000390306) designated by the Poznan-Old City District Court of Poznañ, XI Commercial Division for Bankruptcy and Restructuring Affairs (e.g. Act: PO1P/GUp/8/2024) of 20 June 2024 for the debtor MLABS Sp. z O.o Poznań-Stare Miasto District Court in Poznan, XI Faculty of Economics for Bankruptcy and Restructuring on 29 January 2024 (act: PO1P/GU/1201/2023) informs about the sale of movable property belonging to the bankruptcy mass, listed and detailed in the valuation report of 12.02.2025, in the procedure of selection of the most advantageous offer. The Syndicate reserves the right to sell movable property belonging to the mass of bankruptcy both as individual individually designated assets and in packages comprising selected groups of movable property functionally or genericly linked, as well as as as the entire set of movable assets covered by this sale proceeding. The choice of the form of sale, including the definition of the scope of the individual packages and the decision to sell all or part of the movable property, shall be solely the responsibility of the syndicate and shall be made taking into account the interest of the bankruptcy and the purpose of obtaining the most favourable selling price. The sale price of the individual movable property, movable packages and the total set of movable property covered by this Regulation shall not be less than 50% of the minimum price specified in the valuation report annexed to this Regulation. For single sales of movable property, the minimum price for each component shall correspond to 50 % of the value indicated for it in the valuation report. In the case of the sale of movable packages, the minimum price shall be equal to 50 % of the minimum prices of the individual movable property included in the package in question, in accordance with the valuation report. For the sale of all the movable property covered by this investigation, the starting price is currently PLN 299 264,17 net. The sale price will be added to the VAT, provided that the obligation to charge it results from the applicable legal provisions. Purchase offers in accordance with the Sales Terms and Conditions may be submitted by 11.09.2026 noon. 12:00, in writing at ul. Młyńska 13/8, 61-730 Poznań (decides the date of impact of the offer to the Chancellery) or in electronic form to the e-mail address: syndykmietlarekukcje@gmail.com. The selection of tenders shall be made by the insolvency administrator within 3 days of the expiry of the time limit for their submission. The procedure shall be conducted in accordance with the Sales Regulations.
