The Bankruptcy Tribunal of a natural person who is not engaged in a business will sell free-of-hand the debt which is part of the bankruptcy estate in bankruptcy proceedings under Act VI GUP 251/22. at the highest proposed price, however, do NOT lower than PLN 555,00 (in words: five hundred fifty five PLN 00/100) This duty is a debt ordered by a judgment delivered by the District Court in Grodzisk Mazowiecki and the Civil Division of 22 November 2018 with a declaration of enforceability dated 17 November 2022. KM 105/23, but due to the inefficiencies of execution, it was abandoned by the order of 25 September 2023. All costs of concluding the contract shall be borne by the purchaser. The offer must include the price offered (precise indication of the amount), at least equal to the call price, and the designation of the applicant (in the case of a natural person: name, PESEL, address, contact telephone, possibly e-mail address, and for other entities: the name, registered office, registration number, correspondence address, if different from the registered office and contact telephone and an email address if the contact address is different from the one from which the offer was received). The tender shall be accompanied by a statement from the tenderer that it is known, legal and factual, does not raise any objections, agrees to cover any fees, taxes and costs related to the conclusion of the purchase and sale contract. The buyer will be obliged to pay the price prior to the conclusion of the sale contract. The right of cancellation and cancellation of the competition shall be reserved without giving reasons.
