The object of the sale in free-hand mode is the share of 2/92 ownership of unbuilt land property, plot No wid. 24/2, 25/2 with a total area of 0.0957 ha, described in the perpetual book No OL1E/00040869/4, located in the village Małkinie, geodesic border 23-Malkin, commune Ełk, county łcki, warmińsko-mazurskie. § 2 Terms of sale in free-hand mode 1. Natural and legal persons and organisational entities without legal personality established in accordance with the law and to which separate provisions confer legal capacity may join the tender/auction. 2.
