The company is not currently engaged in business activities. The company has not submitted current financial statements. The offerer shall make a statement on the payment of any costs, fees, taxes relating to the conclusion of the contract of sale and on the legal and factual status of the company, and shall include under the terms of rejection: full indication of the tenderer, including the number PESEL, NIP, KRS, address and registered office of the offerer, e-mail address and telephone number, date of receipt of the tender, purchase price offered. The notice may be amended or cancelled without reason. The insolvency syndicate is not bound to the choice of the offer submitted. The Syndicator reserves the right to withdraw from the sale of shares at any stage of the proceeding. Any purchase costs shall be borne by the buyer. The submission of an offer is not equivalent to the conclusion of a sales contract, which will follow the selection of the offer by the syndicate and the collection of any documentation required by the notary firm.
