Mateusz Ładyga syndicate of the bankruptcy mass Henryk Gzyl conducting business activity under the name of Henryk Gozyl Company General Construction Company in bankruptcy, announces the sale from a free hand (in the form of an offer contest) of debts forming part of the insolvency mass. The subject of sale under this tender contest is described in detail in Annex 1 to the Rules of Procedure. The minimum price for purchasing a package of receivables is PLN 300,00 gross. The condition for participation in the Competition is to submit a written offer in Polish, either by personal mail or by registered mail with confirmation of receipt, by 3 June 2024 in closed and sealed envelopes to the following address: Law Firm of the Restructuring Advisor Mateusz Ładyg, ul. Cistercians 9, 31-553 Kraków. The conditions for joining the Competition are the payment of a security, the amount of which is specified in the rules of the competition for tenders for an amount of PLN 50,00. The opening of tenders will take place on 4 June 2024 at 10 a.m. at the syndicate.
