I. Subject matter of the contest: The subject of sale is a bankrupt company under the company AK-BUD sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy located in Chorzągwica No 148, located in the rural district of Wieliczka, the municipality of Podstolice, within 0020, Podstolice, composed of: Unbuilt real estate located in Podstolice, Wieliczka municipality, Wielicki district, Małopolskie voivodeship comprising the ownership of the registered plot No 82/3 with an area of 0,0323 ha and a registered plot no. 82/4 with a surface area of 0,4900 ha for which the perpetual book No. KR2I/00041759/2 is kept; Land properties located in Podstolice, Wieliczka Municipality, Wielicka District, Małopolskie Voivodeship comprising the ownership of registered parcels No 452, 466, 474/4, 475/1, 475/2, 476/1, 476/2, 478/1, 478/2, 468/3, 468/1, 4725, 472/6, 473/3, 4, 473/5, 473/6, 477/1, 477/2, 487/3, 480/4, 481/1, 482/5, 482/6, 467, 482/4, 465, 479/1, 479/2 total area 6,1928 ha for which the Eternal Book No. KR1I/00011493/0, KR 1I/00042213/0, Kr1I/ 00046163/2, KR1/00044369/2, KRD/00015020/2 is kept; Fixed assets including technical equipment and machinery, other fixed assets and tools, instruments, equipment and low-price assets located in the unit's real estate, i.e. the ski resort SKI sub-capitals; Current assets including receivables and short-term investments. The starting price is PLN 5 018 964,00 (five million eighteen thousand nine hundred sixty four zlotys 00/100). II. Conditions for participation in the competition: 1. Submission of a written offer for the purchase of immovable property described in point I together with the proposed purchase price. The price should be given in sum and in words and not lower than the call price. 2. A written purchase offer together with the proposed purchase price (submitted in amount and in words) must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the inscription "Gup 226/18′′ "GUp" to 23 September 2026 by 16.00, personally at the Notary Chancellery of Nomaszy Kurnicki, Mateusz Olszewskiego in Krakow, ul. Royal 23/1 (30-040 Kraków) or by registered mail, courier. Deciding the date of impact to the notary. 3. The condition for entering the proceedings is to pay a security of 10% of the trigger price by transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass with the number 11 1240 4432 1111 0010 8291 2753. The security shall be credited to the indicated account by 23 September 2026 at 6 p.m. inclusive. Decides the date on which the full amount of the security is credited to the bank's bankruptcy account. 4. All costs relating to the drawing up of the contract of sale shall be borne by the tenderer.
