ELVIO is a strong and compact electric cabin scooter with charger, designed for those who want a practical and economical vehicle for both transport and work. Registration and driving licence As an electric cabin scooter with a maximum speed of 30 km/h, the ELVIO can be registered as a small moped with a yellow plate.
