The bankruptcy syndicate Michał Chaladyn will sell the amount due to a share of 1⁄2 in the joint assets of the spouses Anna Celebanska and Michała Chaladin. The claim in question consists of 1⁄2 parts of the property right of the building in Pile. This property was part of Anna Celebanska's bankruptcy mass and will be sold during insolvency proceedings by the insolvency administrator Jack Kieruja. In this proceeding, the insolvency syndicate Michał Chaładyna has already filed claims for a share of the joint assets. The Syndicate has already paid the flat-rate costs of insolvency proceedings due to the filing of claims 30 days after the date of the announcement of the bankruptcy of Anna Celebanska.
