Syndicate of Dariusz Karczmarczyk in consumer bankruptcy announces an invitation to tender for the sale of a set of claims, at a price not less than 25% of the estimated value, i.e. an amount of PLN 23 130,37 Subject matter of sale The subject of the sale is a set of claims forming part of the bankruptcy mass of Dariusz Karczmarczyk, a natural person not engaged in business activity, in bankruptcy proceedings under the heading of act OL1O/GUp-s/294/2024. The total nominal value of the debt is PLN 92 521,49. The subject-matter of the sale shall also include the statutory interest due for the delay and the incidental costs associated with the recovery of the claim. Composition of the subject-matter of the sale The package consists of five monetary claims owed to the bankrupt by natural persons, i.e.: 1) the debtor in Warsaw, resulting from the order for payment of SO in Warsaw from 30.01.2002, sygn. XVI NG 1849/01; 2) the debtor in Branev, resulting from the order for payment of SR in Elbląg from 05.06.2002, sygn. V GNc 1428/02; 3) the debtor in Biskupec, arising from the order for payment of SR in Olsztyn from 03.01.2002, sygn. V GNc 5447/01; 4) the debtor in Warsaw, resulting from orders to pay SR in Zamość, sygn. V Ng 376/02 and V N g 378/02; 5) debtor zam. w Warszawie, resulting from the order for payment of SR for the city of Warsaw from 25.03.2002, sygn. XIV GNc 5603/01. Condition of the subject-matter of the sale Four debtors are subject to enforcement proceedings carried out by the following bailiffs: 1) Chamber of the Court at the District Court for Warsaw-Żoliborz Bartłomiej Falkowski pod sygn. XI Km 1246/07, 2) The bailiff at the District Court in Braniewo Marek Karpiński under the sygn. Km 1072/08, 3) The bailiff at the District Court in Ostrołęka Bartosz Szczeczyka under the sygn. Km 63/22, 4) The bailiff at the District Court in Legionów Marcin Turski under the sygn. Km 2000/15. In the event of one debtor, the proceedings were dismissed by the order of Komornik at the District Court for Warsaw-Żoliborz Marek Michalewicz dated 7 November 2024 in spre. o sygn. GKm 29/23. Square of the Polish Consulate 6 place. 1 with the note "OFERT" on 9 September 2026 until 3 p.m. 14.00 Opening of tenders will take place on 10 September 2026 at 3 p.m. 2:00 p.m. The result will be notified by telephone or e-mail. The offer under rejection shall include: the name or company name, including the address, telephone number and e-mail address of the person concerned, the price proposed (not less than the price specified in the notice of invitation to tender), a clear signature of the person concerned. The choice of the most advantageous offer is made by the syndicate. Details, including documentation on claims held by the syndicate, will be made available on request. The consumer bankruptcy of the syndicate does not issue a VAT invoice. The Syndicate reserves the right to: 1) order the auction to select the buyer where the difference between the first and the second bid is less than 1% of the value of the debt package, 2. amendment of the terms of the invitation to tender or cancellation thereof without giving reasons.
