Front brush unit Chassis number: 66066-2022 The unit consists of a suction mouth and two individually controllable brushes with one water nozzle each. Collision protection reduces start-up damage. Submersible pressure sensor Monitors the flow through the suction hose and indicates whether the suction tube is clogged. With this function, the dirt absorption can be optimized. Brush pressure system By activating the hydraulic weight distribution, the sweeping unit adapts to the unevenness of the ground. In addition, the operator can vary the brush pressure from the cabin. Thus, the brush can always be worked with the least necessary pressure. This reduces wear and tear and thus reduces operating costs. Stand-down support The chassis is used to saddle, dismantle and store the waste container and allows the change of equipment in just about 1 minute. This is how the multifunctionality of the machine is expressed here as well. Circular water system Through the circulation water system, processing is possible to complete constant cleaning of the suction tube with, for example, sweeping of sticky material. 160 litres are recommended. Large dirt flap The suction mouth integrated on the front broom unit is equipped with an automatic coarse dirt flap. This can be pressed up by the sweeping and closes automatically again. The advantage is always an optimal vacuum in the suction system. Starting protection The brush arms are equipped with spring loaded hydraulic cylinders to avoid an obstacle when in contact. The risk of damage to the broom aggregate and the obstacle is reduced.   Incl. transport trolley for vacuum containers! In the course of time, the container has once been renewed! The sweep unit was revised several times by the company Egholm. The sweeping container, water tank as well as the covering have superficial scratch marks by use!
