Featuring a guilded design of two merchants surrounded by scrolls and rocaille motifs. The lower part is decorated with coats of arms and surrounded by ribs and foliage. The silver mount, from France, bears two Paris hallmarks in use between 1756 and 1762. The enamel was probably produced by Fromery, Berlin, c. 1750.
