The object of the sale is land property, built in Wola Moszczenicka (Moszczenica Municipality, Piotrkowski District), at ul. Green 4, a plot of land with a registration number 402, an area of 0030, with an area area of 0.0697 ha, for which the District Court in Piotrków Trybunalski, the 6th Department of Eternal Books maintains a perpetual book with the number PT1P/00094768/2. 2. The starting price is PLN 104.650,00. 3. Written offers in Polish may be submitted in a sealed envelope by 25 September 2026 until 16.00 (decides the date of delivery of the offer to the given address) to the address: Hubert Sidowski Piramovic 2nd place. 12, 90-254 Łódź, with a clear sign on the envelope 4. The contracting party to the tender (the tender contest) should pay 10% of the call price under the rigor of not allowing the tender to enter (the bid contest).
