The total price does not include BPM. This scheme only applies to buyers within the Netherlands and buyers outside the EU. For buyers within the EU, a deposit equal to the BPM is required. The Rest BPM will be refunded to the buyer by bank after the correct registration of the vehicle in the country of residence within the EU.
