If more than one tender meeting the conditions of these Rules is submitted, the syndicate shall immediately contact the tenderers who have submitted equivalent tenders to carry out the additional bidding. In the event that two or more identical tenders are submitted as regards the price and the absence of actual bidding by tenderers, the syndicate shall have the right to freely choose the tenderer.7. In the event of the submission of only invalid offers, the Syndicator reserves the right to cancel the sale by means of a tender contest and to sell the vehicle free of charge to the tenderer who offered the highest price.8. The successful tenderer is obliged to pay the price offered within 7 days of the date on which the offer is made to the bank account held for bankruptcy.9 The contract of sale will be signed after all the price has been paid by the tenderer.10 The conclusion of the sales contract will take place in the form chosen by the syndicate.11. Any costs related to the conclusion of a sales contract shall be borne by the buyer.12. The Syndicate reserves the right of cancellation or cancellation of the Sales without giving reason, closure of the Sale without selection of the offer, as well as refusal to conclude a Sale Contract.13 Sale of ownership of the vehicle has consequences of execution sale. The Buyer/Offerer acquires the property free of charge within the scope of Article 313 of the Insolvency Law.14. The warranty for the legal and physical defects of the Seller's vehicle is excluded.15. In matters not governed by these Rules, the provisions of insolvency law and of the Civil Code shall apply.
