The City reserves the right to accept or reject offers.The recipient of the property can choose whether to buy or rent land on a land lease contract, where the annual rent of the plot is 5% of the bid made and tied to the cost-of-living index.In addition to the purchase price or annual rent, the beneficiary of the land is charged the cost of building formation, which is approximately EUR 1000. In addition, the buyer pays the costs of making a trade (trade confirmation and legal proceedings) or concluding a rental agreement (recording the rental right) and a transfer tax.The recipient of the property undertakes to pay a booking fee of EUR 2000. The city will send an invoice for the booking fee to the recipient's email address within two weeks of the closing of the bidding transaction. The booking fee will be refunded at the final sale price or at the first annual rental, but it will not be reimbursed if the beneficiary does not make an agreement with the city. The property reservation is valid for three months after the closing of the tender, during which the recipient of the property must enter into a real estate transaction or land lease agreement with the city. The city is not responsible if the decision of the holder of the property in the city for an unmanageable reason does not become final or is delayed due to complaints.The building to be built on the property must be built in a habitable condition within three years of the signing of the deed or lease agreement.
