The municipality of Biebesheim am Rhein auctions here a trailer of the brand EURA-Mobil, of the type 540.   The caravan was first registered in 1994.   Dimensions of trailer trailer: Length - 7,28 m Width - 2.30 m Height - 2,54 m   Permitted total weight is 1,300 kg.   The caravan currently has no TÜV, no gas testing and has no papers.   On the caravan are mounted:   1x Moover 1x Photovoltaic system 1x Air conditioning 1x Replacement wheel 1x parts of the awning available   Electrical and other equipment The existing electrical and other technical equipment has not been subjected to any functional testing. Whether all equipment has a proper CE marking could not be determined during the inspection.   Interior fittings Living area In the living area there is a bench, a table, roller shutters, curtains, upper cabinets and a socket in the area of the bench. Two dark discolorations were found on the seat (see picture). Further abnormalities could not be detected there. The table has superficial signs of wear and a stain (see picture). The table is free standing and retractable. No scratches or dents could be detected on the upper cabinets. All handles are in proper condition; loose or damaged handles have not been detected. No stains or damage, especially no holes, could be detected on the curtains and shutters.   Kitchen area The kitchen area is equipped with a three-flame gas hob, extractor hood with lighting, a fridge, a small sink and a window with roller shutter. No scratches or dents could be detected on the cabinets, the gas hob and the extractor hood. However, some spots have been identified.   Bathroom The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a mirror and a closet above the toilet. No scratches or dents could be detected on the existing furnishings. Opposite the bathroom is a small storage room, which is probably used as a wardrobe. Gas heating is installed on its door (see picture).   Sleeping area In the rear area of the caravan there is a bed on the left and on the right. There is a small closet between the beds. There are further upper cabinets as well as a mirror. The mattresses have several stains. No scratches or dents could be detected on the cabinets. All handles are fixed; loose or damaged handles have not been detected.   Doors, windows and floor coverings All doors could be opened and closed properly. No noises or deformations could be detected. A skylight is available. The floor is carpeted. Several stains were found on the carpet.   The caravan is in an old used condition, as shown in the pictures. After looking at some dents are present on the long side at the outdoor area. These can also be seen in the pictures.  Obvious damage could not be detected. The caravan seems to be weatherproof and dry, as after a rain no moisture could be detected inside.   Prohibited objects are not in the caravan after an inspection by the Ordnungsamt.   It is auctioned as described. The caravan is not registered.     Visits are possible after consultation with the administrative administration.
