The syndicate established in the bankruptcy proceedings HR LEGAL sp. z o.o. announces the third competition for offers for cars owned by the company. The competition for tenders and sales will be conducted in accordance with the following rules: I. The following cars are the subject of sale: a. Renault Trafic, nr. P9 LEGAL, year of production 2010, VIN W0LJ7AHAHAV622327 f. Toyota Proace, no. P0 LEGAL, year of production 2018, VIN YARVAYHVKGZ135635 - minimum selling price PLN 25,500 gross, g. Volkswagen Caravelle, nr. PSR6008C, year of production 2010, VIN WV2ZZZ7HZBH005706 - minimum selling price PLN 25.250 gross, h. Fiat Panda, nr. PKR27904, year of production 2004, VIN ZFA16900000135615 - minimum selling price 2.900 zł gross. Vehicles under e. and f. sold with an invoice of 23% VAT. Other on the basis of the VAT invoice margin. II. Each auctioneer can submit one bid per vehicle. III. Written offers in Polish can only be submitted by letter in a sealed envelope by 15 September 2026 at the address of the syndicate: Lawyer Sławomir Parus, ul. Rainbow 4/2, 60-275 Poznań with a clear inscription on the envelope: The offer of the purchase of vehicles - HR Legal sp. z o.o. (decides the date of delivery of the offer to the given address). IV. Tenders shall contain: · proof of a security deposit of 10% of the minimum selling price of the vehicles in respect of which tenders are submitted for bankruptcy; · a statement of familiarity with the terms of sale and acceptance without reservation, · the original, legible signature of the submission of the tender, · in the case of tenderers who are not natural persons, the current discharge from the relevant register documenting the right to make binding declarations of will on behalf of the entity by the person who has signed the tender and, if the offer is signed by the representative, also the power of attorney signed in accordance with the principle of representation, · a statement that the tenderer has taken note of the factual and legal situation of the subject-matter of the sale and does not raise objections to it, · full details of the tenderer (in particular PESEL or KRS, NIP, telephone, email). V. At the latest on the last day of the time limit for the submission of tenders, the person submitting the tender must pay a security deposit of 10% of the minimum selling price of the vehicles in respect of which tenders are submitted for bankruptcy: HR Legal sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy, ul. The security deposit paid by the participant whose offer is considered to be the most favourable shall be credited to the selling price; the security deposit lodged by the remaining participants shall be refunded immediately after the selection of the best bid. VII. The tenderers may be national and foreign natural persons, legal persons and organisational entities with legal capacity and capacity to act. The provisions of the Law of 24 March 1920 on the acquisition of immovable property by foreigners apply to foreign entities. VIII. The sales are run by the Syndicate. IX. The Syndicate shall open tenders and select the most advantageous of them for the vehicle concerned or shall determine that the tender contest has been closed without the choice of any of them. In the event of the impact of more than one most favourable offer, the Syndicator reserves the right to hold an additional round of tenders among the tenderers who have submitted the most favourable tenders. X. The outcome of the tender contest shall be notified to all tenderers submitting an offer for the vehicle concerned. XI. The notice and the terms of the competition may be amended at any time. XII. The syndicate shall conclude a contract of sale within one month of the selection of the offer. The syndicate may extend the period until the conclusion of the contract. XIII. The participant of the tender contest shall be bound by the offer until the expiry of the above deadline. XIV. The sale price less the security deposit paid should be paid and recorded in the bankruptcy account at the latest on the date of conclusion of the contract of sale of the vehicle. XV. Where a tenderer whose tender has been selected by the Syndicate withdraws from concluding a contract for the sale of a vehicle or the payment of the entire purchase price within a fixed period, he shall lose the right to purchase the vehicle concerned and the security deposit shall be forfeit in favour of the bankruptcy. XVI. On the date of conclusion of the contract of sale to the buyer, the benefits of movable property and charges arising from taxes and other public danins shall be passed on to the purchaser. XVII. Any cost of concluding a sales contract shall be borne by the buyer. XVIII. The seller shall not be liable for the physical and hidden defects of the vehicles sold, nor shall he provide guarantees or guarantees for the goods sold. XIX. The Syndicate reserves the right to withdraw from the sale at any time without giving a reason. XX. In cases not regulated under the terms of sale, the provisions of the Insolvency Law and the Civil Code will apply.
