The indoor and outdoor appliances have slight signs of wear in the form of scratches and dirt. Disassembly: The plant was dismantled by a specialist company for building technology. The refrigerant lines were properly cut and closed. Refrigerant: The refrigerant is sucked off in the external appliance, partly empty. Scope of delivery: indoor appliance, outdoor appliance as well as the associated remote control. Additional installation material (copper cables, cables) is not included. According to § 9 para. 3 of the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance (ChemKlimaschutzV) i.V.m. of Regulation (EU) 2024/573 (F-Gase Ordinanz), split air conditioners may only be handed over to end users if it is proven that the installation is carried out by a certified company. With the submission of a bid, the bidder undertakes to have the plant installed exclusively by a certified specialist company. The handing over or handing out of the device by the municipality is strictly only done after the presentation of a written proof (e.g. confirmation or commissioning of the installation operation).   Visit and pick-up: A visit before bidding is expressly recommended and is possible after prior appointment on the building yard. The device must be collected within 14 days of the end of the auction and after a previous transfer of the purchase price. The transport is carried out at your own risk. For technical reasons, no support can be provided during loading by community staff or equipment (e.g. forklifts). A confirmation of the professional dismantling is available and is handed out at collection.
