The ladder is the lower and middle part of a 3-part guide.   The guide of the company Haca is defective and no longer meets the requirements of point 4.6 of the "Testing principles for equipment, equipment and vehicles of the fire brigade (DGUV principle 305-002)" in the current version of May 2021 of the German statutory accident insurance (DG UV). use in accordance with the intended use. Visits and pick-up dates can be agreed on Mondays and Tuesdays between 08:00 and 14:00.   The winner shall pick up the ladder at the place of visit and pick-up. the bidder shall be responsible for the organisation of the transport and shall bear the costs incurred. A loading aid cannot be provided for the purpose of securing the load for reasons of liability.   The winner of the auction undertakes to remove any inscriptions of the conductors or colours, which directly or indirectly point to the fire brigade in Hamburg, on their or their costs. Real-time transfers are not possible. The payment and collection period is 10 days after the end of the auction. Should a collection not be made by 07.08.2026, this is only possible from 24.08.2026.
