Coksowa 11, 42-202 Częstochowa announces an invitation to tender for the sale of an organised part of ELSEN S.A. in Czestochowa (sign. act CZ1C/Gup/1/2022/) which includes: (a) Ownership of movable property in the form of a network and transmission infrastructure of electricity located in the Szopinice district of Katowice, the detailed description and location of which are set out in the Annexes to the terms of the tender (Annex 1, 2 and 3), (b) Rights and obligations arising from lease agreements for real estate and movable property located in the area of Szopinice district in Katowice, as described in Annex No 4 of the terms of the tender, (c) Rights and obligations arising from electricity distribution contracts listed in Annex 5 of the terms of the invitation to tender, (d) Rights and obligations arising from contracts relating to activities (cost contracts) described in Annex No 6 of the terms of the invitation to tender. The minimum purchase price for the assets of bankruptcy intended to be disposed of under the tender for the amount of PLN 463.972,81 (four hundred sixty three thousand nine hundred seventy two zlotys eighty one penny) net, i.e. without VAT. The legal status of the assets of the insolvency estate intended to be disposed of, its description together with the estimated operation and the Terms and Conditions of Tender together with its annexes will be available after an earlier e-mail agreement of the deadline (correspondence@elsen.pl) at the registered office of the bankrupt at ul.
