The offer must be submitted in Polish and should include: 1. full details of the tenderer: company or name, registered office, full address, contact telephone and signatures of the persons authorised to represent the tenderer, together with an up-to-date copy from the relevant tenderer's register, 2. the exact subject of the competition and the proposed purchase price (exact determination of the amount in Polish zlotys), 3. a statement of the tenderer's knowledge of the legal status of the goods offered for sale, 4. a statement that the tenderer is not the person indicated in 157a. 2 and 3 p.u. is not a syndicate, his spouse, initial, alternate, siblings, the person with him in relation to the adoption or spouse of such a person, as well as the person who is in actual relationship with him, who runs the household together, 5. the declaration that the tenderer is not a failed tenderer is no representative of the failed tenderer; 6. an undertaking by the tenderer to cover all charges relating to the transfer of property, 7. a statement by the tenderer of the examination of the rules of procedure and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the competition without reservation, 8. a statement that the tenderer undertakes to pay a tax on goods and services in the sum of which the obligation to charge and dismiss it will arise on the seller's side in the light of the tax provisions in force on the date of delivery or in the total of which it will be determined by a final decision issued by the competent tax authority, 9. any authorisation or consent if, due to the person or the firm of the buyer, they are legally required by the date on which the tender is submitted, 10. a statement by the tenderer that the tenderer submits an offer at his own expense and risk and takes note that no costs associated with participating in the competition will be reimbursed by the mass of bankruptcy or by the competition organizer.
