Description

The surface colour of the pottery has interesting variations in places, from a deep orange to dark grey, a result of uneven conditions during the firing process. 26cm tall. Ref: a very similar example is illustrated and described in Simon Kwan's book, 'Chinese Neolithic Pottery'. Condition: Good overall condition with no obvious signs of repairs or restoration.
