Slip resistant rubber liners on walls, doors and roofs reduce wear and noise and ensure long life. Access is via solid folding or rolling doors, fitted with display windows and safety switches. Fluorescent lamps with durable protective lenses provide smooth and sharp lighting. The grinding material is collected via return transport systems such as vibrating clumps or scraping systems and transported to a fine lift. From there it enters the grinding agent, where dust, rough particles and impurities are removed. The processed fraction is stored in containers and returned to silos via pipelines – for a closed, economic cycle. A filter system at the same time provides for exhausting and cleaning of the air so that dust levels and emissions remain below legal limits.
