Description of the subject The objects to be auctioned are a mobile construction made of wood with cultivation and covered terraces, which was later built for this purpose. There is also a carport, a tool shed and a garden shed. All described properties are included in this auction and must be removed from the property by the acquirer by the end of September 2026, the plot is completely and completely cleared.The property is not owned by the country. In this auction only the above-mentioned bodies are offered and auctioned.   The mobile home is a one-storey wooden building. The house is neither cellared nor has an expanded attic. The exterior and interior walls are designed in wooden stand construction and planed on both sides. The flat sloping saddle roof is probably equipped with a steel trapezoidal plate cover. Existing photos of the parking space of the mobile construction show a complete cube, about 9 m long and 3 m wide.   All rooms - except the bathroom - are exterior and have at least one window. The bedroom is about 6 m2, a small room (sitting corner) opposite the (non-existent) kitchenette about 3.5 m2. The living room is about 12 m2 in size with a cabinet in which the Trumatic gas heating is installed. The kitchen area is in the passage and is about 4 m2. The shower bathroom with sink and toilet is approx.2.5 m2 and has a gas heater. In the annex are the actual front door and a hallway, about 2.5 m2 large with air conditioning, as well as a large room (about 10 m2), which was used as an office. The gas- and electro-powered devices are CE marked and are offered as defective, as no function testing has been carried out.   Laminate and carpet were used as floor coverings, all of which are in poor maintenance and maintenance conditions. The carpets are all dirty, the laminate is partially swollen. All rooms have electric light, switches and sockets. All windows have exterior blinds whose functionality has not been tested.   The terrace with roof measures about 3 times 5.5 m, has a door and a window (without glass). The remaining compartment is closed with transparent tarpaulin which is partly torn in the rear area.   It is not known how the buildings and the roofing are connected, so before submitting an offer it is advised to carry out a detailed inspection.   The carport is a commercial single carport, 5x3 m. The tool shed has about 3.5 m2, the garden shed is also a commercial cottage in 4x3m.  on the left side of the mobile home there are still some wooden cabinets, which served as storage areas.   All dimensions are rounded.   Before submitting an offer, a visit is strongly recommended. From the outside it is possible to visit the opening hours of the campsite at any time. To do so, please register at the reception of the square. The location of the mobile home and its outbuildings is on the nature campsite Lüneburger Heide, An der Bundesstraße 25 in 29614 Soltau, Parcel 742.   Mining and transport: The entrant is responsible for the dismantling and removal of the mobile home and the rest of the buildings and sheds at his own expense and in consultation with the campsite management. With his bid, he undertakes to carry out the dismantling and removal by 31.08.2026.  The access is fixed but very narrow and winding (see photos). For reasons of liability, no loading aid can be provided. Whether the described mobile construction has its own chassis is unknown. Due to the age and cramped access a complete dismantling is recommended. The supply lines are separated when collected by the supplier. It is pointed out once again that all offered objects must be removed. Since the land has obtained ownership of these objects within the framework of a state inheritance, nothing is known about the history of the objects. They're single.
