Short description – Resato FOS700 H2 filling station: The plant is a Resato Hydrogen Technology BV FOS700 "Fleet Owner Station", a stationary hydrogen filling station for the refuelling of 700 bar vehicles (FCEV). It was developed specifically for fleet operators and is designed as a comparatively compact solution for non-public hydrogen refuelling. Compressor unit – core of the system; hydraulic IOB115-0,7-3,4/H22 resato gas compressor. 700-bar filling column with high-pressure refuelling hose and hose breakage protection3. Control module with display and emergency-off, outside the explosive atmosphere.4. The hydrogen supply can be made via bottle bundles/bottle shelves, tank trucks, electrolyser or pipeline. Prerequisites are at least 30 bar input pressure, for the nominal output of 4 kg/h more than 50 bar are required. Technical features:The system works without classic high-pressure storage and without pre-cooling, which distinguishes it constructively from larger public H2 filling stations. The fuelling is initially carried out via a pressure compensation/bypass filling and then via the hydraulic compressor up to 700 bar. A complete refuelling of up to 4 kg is indicated with about one hour.The hydraulic hydrogen compressor is specially designed for H2. For hydrogen purity, a 2-μm filter is provided at the compressor outlet; the system is also designed to avoid oil contamination of the high-pressure hydrogen. Safety:The station has extensive pressure, temperature and security monitoring. The regular refueling process is terminated at 70 MPa (700 bar); additional safety levels reach at 73 MPa or at 76 MPa / 760 bar ±2.5% via an overpressure valve. The compressor unit has an area classified as ATEX Zone 2 for the hydrogen-bearing components. The last maintenance took place in March 2026. The plant has a slight pollution. The dismantling/decommissioning and removal of the plant shall be carried out by the highest bidder himself. It is recommended to have a visit before making a bid.
