A container complex with the basic dimensions of 12 meters x 12 meters is offered. The factory of the containers is no longer to be determined. It's four containers. The containers have insulating glazed plastic windows, partly with blinds. The Complex, which was built in 2001, includes offices, common areas, business areas, changing rooms and 2 toilet and sanitary areas. Part of the auction is the Buderus Logamax plus GB152. The heating system was operational until the last day. The last maintenance of the heating system took place in 11/2024. It is expected that the heating system will also come from the year of construction 2001. The power distribution box is part of the auction. The outer skin is dense, but with dirt and green lining adhesions. The interior is partly inhabited. Floors (PVC floor coverings) have just stepped down in the office areas.
