Syndicate of the mass bankruptcy of Dramix Sp. z o.o. (file WA1M/GUp/23/2026) announces a competition of offers for the sale of a set of property rights consisting of: 4.1 The internet domain of dobrzebasy.pl with an estimated value of PLN 14,716,25; 4.2 Internet domain dramix.pl with an estimated value of PLN 7 536.56; 4.3 The word mark "Dramix" with an estimated value of PLN 42 582,71; 4.4 A vocabulary mark of estimated value of PLN 10 645,68, with a total estimated value of PLN 75 481,20, It is possible to purchase only the entire package of rights. The starting price shall be equal to the value of the estimate. Tenders must be submitted in writing within the deadline of 22 September 2026 at 16:00 at the address of the syndicate (Al. Reymonta 12A, 01-842 Warszawa). Offers submitted after the deadline will not be recognized. The date and time of receipt of the offer to the syndicate is decisive. In the case of delivery of a tender in the form of a consignment, the tender together with the required documents shall be placed in a closed envelope to be placed on the second larger envelope. Each of these envelopes should be addressed to the syndicate together with the signature of the WA1M/GUp/23/2026 The offer under rejection shall include: (a) A precise indication of the tenderer: the name or the name of the successful tenderer, the registered address/address of the bidder, the legal form of the offerer and the number of the KRS, REGON and the NIP (depending on the legal status of the tender) and, in the case of a natural person, PESEL; (b) the tenderer's contact details: telephone number and e-mail address; (c) Current discharge from the KRS, CEIDG or other registers (depending on the legal form of the tenderer); (d) Indication of the gross purchase price offered, not less than the call price. (e) Statement of acceptance of the terms of the contest. (f) A statement that the tenderer has become aware of the facts and legal status of the movable property and its valuation and does not raise any objections. (g) A statement that the tenderer takes note of the exclusion of guarantees for physical and legal defects under Article 558 (1) of the Act and Article 313 of the Law of 28 February 2003 on insolvency law. (h) Any authorizations and consents if required by law on account of the person or company of the buyer. (i) In the event of a representative acting, the original of the document granting the power of attorney. (j) Signature of the natural person who is a tenderer or signatures of the persons authorised to represent the tenderer who is not a natural person on the tender and of all declarations. The insolvency syndicate reserves the right to accept, at its sole discretion, an offer containing formal deficiencies, provided that they are completed within the prescribed time limit. A syndicate or a person close to him referred to in Article 157a (2) P. up may not take part in the invitation to tender. The opening and recognition of offers will take place on September 23, 2026 at 11:00 at the syndicate's office (Al. Reymonta 12A, 01-842 Warszawa). If more than one offer is submitted for the same amount, the syndicate will organise the bidding only among the authors of these offers. The amount of action will be 2% of the offered amount, rounded to the full thousand zlotys. The opening and recognition of tenders and the possible bidding will take place in the form of an online video conferencing, so it is not necessary to make a personal appearance at the syndicate. Any bidding will take place immediately after the opening of the tenders. The successful tenderer shall enter into a contract of sale within 1 month of the date of the award and pay the full price to the bank account of the bankruptcy. For important reasons, this deadline may be extended by bilateral arrangements between the syndicate and the buyer. The purchaser shall bear all costs related to the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. The ownership of the item of sale shall be transferred to the buyer at the time of payment of the purchase price to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass. In cases not governed by these Rules, the provisions of insolvency law and the Civil Code and insolvency law shall apply. The Syndicator reserves the right to change the time limits, withdraw from the sale or cancel it without specifying the reasons or closing the tender contest without selecting the offer at any stage.
