A used Pellenc battery system garden equipment set is auctioned. The set is in an uncleaned and unrefined condition. All set components have traces of wear and use (stratters, paint damage, dirt). All components are fully functional. Other visible items are not part of the auction.   A survey before bidding is strongly advised. The device must be picked up within 12 working days with proof of payment and, if necessary, a pick-up authorisation. An extension of this period is only possible in exceptional cases and only after prior agreement. The acquirer shall remove all of the symbols which may be affixed. A loading aid cannot be provided. The buyer bears the risk of possible damage during loading. Highness badges shall be removed by the acquirer.  The acquirer undertakes to ensure that even for a suitable transport vehicle, load securing, transport aids and compliance with road traffic regulations: (StVO) and other transport regulations. The accident prevention regulations must be observed during loading and stay at the building yard.
