Transfer of ownership: The ownership of the auctioned slide is transferred to the acquirer only with the complete payment and physical handover. Transfer of risk and loading: Loading, proper securing of cargo and transport are carried out exclusively at the risk and expense of the purchaser (dangerous transfer at handover). For reasons of liability, no loading aid (staff or equipment) can be provided on the part of the building yard.
