Ref. Act XIV GUP 500/21 NOTICE The bankruptcy syndicate invites you to submit offers for the purchase of claims: 1. The sale is subject to claims forming part of the bankruptcy of a natural person who is not engaged in business in bankruptcy proceedings under Act XIV Gup 500/21, namely: (a) the amount payable to Krzysztof Ciach in respect of the remuneration for the non-contractual use of the immovable property established by the final judgment of the District Court in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, I Civil Division of 26 March 2026 in the case of Case No. I C 512/25, which was declared enforceable on 22 May 2026 with a nominal value of PLN 14.40.00 principal receivable together with interest the amount of PLN 750,00 for the reimbursement of court costs, including the statutory interest for the delay charged from the date on which the decision was finalized, i.e. from 3 April 2026 to the date of payment and the amount for the refund of PLN 120,00 for contractual proceedings; (b) a claim to the Syndic of the bankruptcy of Getin Noble Bank of the Share Company with its registered office in Warsaw for the reimbursement of the costs of the process, established by the final judgment of the District Court in Piotrków Trybunalski, I Civil Division of 12 May 2026 in the case of the initial act I C 275/20 with the nominal value of PLN 10.817,00 and the statutory interest for the delay charged from the date the validity of the judgment, i.e. from 10 July 2026 to the date of payment. 2. The claim against Krzysztof Ciacha is currently under enforcement procedure carried out by Komornik Sądowy at the District Court in Tomaszów Mazowiecki Michał Ratuszniak, under the name Km 217/26. No amounts were enforced during enforcement proceedings. 3. Written offers in Polish may be submitted in a sealed envelope by 2 October 2026 until 4 p.m. (decides the date of delivery of the offer to the given address) at Hubert Sidowski's address: Syndyk włosności, Kancelaria Adwokacka, ul. Piramovic 2nd place. 12, 90-254 Łódź, with a clear inscription on the envelope 4. The offer should be made on the form (available on the website: falls.sidowscy.pl/offer/xiv_gup_500_21) and include the proposed selling price. 5. The notice may be amended or cancelled without reason. The bankruptcy syndicate is not obliged to choose the offer submitted. Following the impact of the tenders, before the conclusion of the sale contract, it will be necessary for the administrator to request the Judge Commissioner to agree to sell the claim pursuant to Article 206 (1).
