TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION: the apparatus has an oil burner with an electric fuel pump to ensure that combustion gases circulate in ceramic pipelines and heat is released as infrared radiation. The third combustion process ensures complete and clean combustion. Thus, the heater does not need a separate exhaust pipe and all heat is used to the full. Normal ventilation is sufficient. Normally, soot and odour occur from the fuel which is found in the combustion chamber after the appliance is switched off. Laboratory tests show that the fuel supply in Airrex heaters is shut down very quickly, minimizing the presence of soot and odour. A exhaust gas pipe that saves energy and removes smell A metal combustion cell inside the combustion chamber burns the residual gases and ensures efficient and even combustion. The combustion chamber is tube shaped with a diameter of 75, 100 or 165 mm, making it more efficient and minimises the amount of unburned gas. Also, the intake pipe, which ensures that the burner gets fresh air, improves combustion. Very effective sound damping The sound suppression system in the exhaust pipe that compresses and expands the exhaust gases makes Airrex very quiet (only 48 dB). A silencer is also available as an accessory. The silencer reduces the noise to two decibels.
