Insofar as personal documents/documents are in the boxes mentioned in the removal list, these are expressly not auctioned.W I C H T I G E H I N W E I S E:The highest bidder must transfer the purchase price to my service account immediately after the auction has ended. The credit on my account must have been made by Friday, 18.09.2026 at the latest. My bank details will be announced to you immediately after the end of the auction.The complete collection of the eviction goods must be made within 2 weeks after the closing of the sale, whereby the purchase price must have been received in my account before collection. The exact collection methods with the address and contact details of the issuing forwarding agent will be communicated to you. Should the collection of the goods not be carried out by the buyer himself, but by a third party, the buyer shall present an authorisation issued by the purchaser.
