Apart of dot like wear to the pile in one or two tiny places, barely visible and touches at the edge on one end, this rug has very good pile, soft and lustrous wool. Selvages rebound. Ends with short fringes, secured. Fine weave, approx: 7 x 7 knotd per sq. cm. In general, this rug is in very good usable condition. Attractive and very good furnishing rug.
