The bankruptcy syndicate of Jakub Ojrzynski, a natural person who is not engaged in a business activity Karolina Olech, announces a free-of-hand offer contest with elements of the auction of the bankruptcy component in the form of a share of 1/6 in property rights of the property. 1) The subject of sale is a share of 1/6 in the property rights of dwelling No. 12 with a usable area of 60,17 m2, located in a multi-family building located in Pruszkow, at ul. Brick 14, together with a contribution to the joint real estate, which is the land and part of the building and equipment which is not used exclusively for the use of the owners of the premises. For the premises, the District Court in Pruszkow keeps a perpetual book No. WA1P/00101628/3. 2) The sale is carried out in the bankruptcy proceedings of Jakub Ojrzynski, a.k.a. the WA2M/GUp-s/1448/2023 act, in a free-of-hand manner, with elements of the tender competition and a possible auction, under the conditions detailed in the sales regulations. 3) The minimum price is PLN 71550,00. 4) The condition for participation in the tender contest is to pay a security equal to 10% of the minimum price applicable, i.e. PLN 7155,00 for the bank account of bankruptcy: 05 1140 2004 0000 3102 5943 0216 with the following words: "WA2M/Gup-s/1448/2023'. 5. Tenders must be submitted in writing and sent by registered mail to: ul. Wyspowa 10/57, 03-687 Warszawa, by 2 October 2026 with the date of impact of the offer on the syndicate. 6. The offer should be drawn up in accordance with the sales rules which are binding on all participants in the tender contest. The offer together with the annexes shall be placed in a closed envelope marked with the signature of the WA2M/Gup-s/1448/2023 act and in the following words: "ONCE OPPORTUNITY" in the bankruptcy proceedings of Jakub Ojrzynski, the property of KW WA1P/00101628/3. 7) The opening and recognition of tenders will take place on 5 October 2026. Where two or more tenders meet the formal conditions and cover at least the minimum price appropriate to the stage of sale, the syndicate shall auction between the tenderers in accordance with the rules laid down in the Rules of Procedure. The auction may be carried out either by landline or by means of distance communication, including by telephone or electronic means. 8) The conclusion of the sale contract will be possible after the successful tenderer has paid all the sale price to the bank account of the bankruptcy. All costs related to the conclusion of the contract of sale shall be borne by the buyer. 9) The detailed rules for the sale, including the formal terms of participation, the requirements for the content of the offer, the rules for repayment and forfeiture of the security, the conditions for the auction and the effects of the selection of the tender, are laid down in the attached sales regulations.
